The SPELAB Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to replace the failure-prone factory plastic piping in 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks. The kit utilizes triple-reinforced silicone boots, which are triple-layered to resist high temperatures and pressures, thereby reducing vibration and preventing boost leaks. This kit offers an optional high-flow intake elbow, also made from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, which can further enhance airflow and improve throttle response. The design is OEM-compatible, meaning it retains stock emissions components and requires no custom tuning, making for a straightforward installation. The kit includes T-bolt clamps and all necessary hardware for a direct bolt-on application. Fitment is specifically for 2003-2007 Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 models equipped with the 6.0L PowerStroke V8 Diesel engine.
