Intercooler Pipe Kit

The Spelab Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed to upgrade your 2010–2012 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins, replacing restrictive OEM piping with a high-performance boost tube. Constructed from lightweight and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, this kit is ideal for towing, off-road use, racing, and high-performance builds, ensuring consistent power delivery and engine reliability under demanding conditions. This kit features a full 3.5” diameter for both the hot-side (OEM: 2.75”) and cold-side (OEM: 3”) pipes, promoting higher air volume and smoother flow for faster turbo spool, improved throttle response, and increased power output. The improved airflow and thermal efficiency help control Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), reducing overheating risks during high-load applications. Mandrel-bent fabrication maintains a consistent inner diameter, minimizing turbulence and maximizing airflow. The aluminum construction offers superior resistance to heat and corrosion compared to steel, while also reducing overall system weight and aiding heat dissipation for enhanced durability. While tuning is not strictly required, it is recommended for maximum performance gains. The kit utilizes 4-ply silicone couplers for durability and pressure resistance. Fitment is specific to the 2010, 2011, and 2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 models equipped with the 6.7L Diesel engine.
