Intercooler Pipe Kit for Mazda RX-7 SA/FB 13B

The CXRacing Single Turbo + Intercooler Kit is engineered for 1978-1985 Mazda RX-7 SA/FA/FB Series 1, 2, and 3 vehicles that have undergone a 13B turbo motor swap from an FC or FD. This kit offers a significant upgrade from the stock 13B twin turbo setup, transitioning to a single top-mount turbo for dramatically increased performance and a professional appearance. The turbo kit features an 11-gauge thick wall manifold with a T4 turbo flange and a 60mm V-band wastegate flange. It includes a T70 turbo capable of approximately 500 HP, a 60mm V-band wastegate, and a 3-inch stainless steel downpipe that terminates near the transmission, requiring custom exhaust work. An oil line and fitting kit are also provided. The intercooler kit includes a 25x11.75x3 inch intercooler with 3-inch inlets and outlets, along with 3-inch aluminum piping, hoses, and a 50mm blow-off valve. Installation notes indicate that two 3.25-3.5 inch holes must be drilled on both sides of the radiator support to route the intercooler piping. This kit is intended for advanced users and does not include installation instructions. Important considerations include: this kit is for a single turbo upgrade and does NOT fit the stock twin turbo setup; re-tuning of the vehicle will be necessary. The kit is developed for left-hand-drive chassis; fitment on right-hand-drive chassis has not been tested and may interfere with the steering shaft. The downpipe requires custom exhaust fabrication to connect to the existing system. This product is designated for Off-Road or Track Use ONLY and is NOT for street use.
