The CXRacing Intercooler Pipe Tube Kit is specifically engineered for the 1997-2004 Nissan Frontier equipped with the KA24DE engine. This comprehensive kit is developed for top-mounted turbo applications and includes the intercooler, aluminum piping, silicon hoses, stainless steel T-clamps, a blow-off valve (BOV), and an aluminum carburetor adapter for connecting the intercooler piping. The intercooler core measures 18"x11"x3" with a 3-inch core thickness and a bar and plate design, offering efficient cooling. The overall intercooler dimensions are 25"x11"x3", with 2.5-inch inlet and outlet ports. The piping included in the kit is designed to complement the 3-inch core intercooler, featuring 2.5-inch connections. Installation is described as simple with minimal modifications required, primarily involving opening holes on the driver's side front for piping.
