The CXRacing Intercooler + Piping Kit is designed for 1999-2006 BMW 3 Series E46 models with the M52 engine, converting from Naturally Aspirated (NA) to Turbo (NA-T). This kit features a 27x12x3 inch bar and plate intercooler with a 3-inch thick core and 3-inch inlet and outlet. It includes aluminum piping, a Blow-Off Valve (BOV), silicon hoses, and T-bolt clamps, along with mounting brackets.

The CXRacing Intercooler + Piping Kit is engineered for the 1999-2006 BMW 3 Series E46 chassis equipped with the factory M52 engine, specifically for converting a Naturally Aspirated (NA) setup to Turbocharged (NA-T). This kit includes a substantial 27x12x3 inch bar and plate intercooler, featuring a 3-inch thick core and matching 3-inch inlet and outlet ports for optimal airflow. The piping system consists of a 2.5-inch hot side pipe and a 3-inch cold side pipe, designed for direct bolt-on fitment with top-mount turbochargers without requiring cutting or component relocation. Included components are the intercooler, a dedicated mounting bracket, aluminum piping, a Blow-Off Valve (BOV), necessary silicon hoses, and T-bolt clamps for a complete installation. All parts are developed and built by CXRacing for improved performance gains and ease of installation. It's important to note that this kit is intended for Off-Road or Track Use ONLY and is not street-legal. Additionally, while installation pictures and notes are provided, explicit installation instructions are not included. This kit is proprietary to CXRacing's turbo kits, and modifications may be needed if using a different manifold or turbo.
