The RENNtech Intercooler Pump Upgrade Kit is an automotive performance cooling component designed for the M157 63 AMG BiTurbo series engine. It replaces the stock intercooler pump with a higher-capacity unit to improve cooling efficiency.

The system flows over twice as much coolant as the OEM pump, measured at 8.7 G.P.M. at 11.6 P.S.I. compared to the 3.00 G.P.M. factory rate. This enhancement helps lower charge air temperatures for a denser air/fuel mixture.

The RENNtech Intercooler Pump Upgrade Kit is a high-performance cooling solution engineered for the M157 63 AMG BiTurbo engine platform. By significantly increasing coolant flow, this second-generation pump addresses the limitations of the OEM hardware, providing superior heat removal from incoming air. The result is a denser air/fuel charge and sustained cooler intake temperatures, even during demanding operation. Technically, the pump is rated for 8.7 G.P.M. at 11.6 P.S.I., a substantial increase over the 3.00 G.P.M. OEM specification. Despite this performance increase, the unit features a smaller and lighter profile than the factory component. The kit includes all necessary plumbing, electrical connectors, and mounting hardware required for a direct installation in the original location. Compatibility is specific to the following vehicles: 218 chassis CLS 63 AMG BiTurbo (MY2011-2014), 218 chassis CLS 63 AMG BiTurbo 4-MATIC (MY2014-2018), 212 chassis E 63 AMG BiTurbo (MY2010-2013), 212 chassis E 63 AMG BiTurbo 4-MATIC (MY2010-2013), and 212 chassis E 63 AMG BiTurbo 4-MATIC (MY2014-2016 FaceLift). Installation can be performed without modifications to the vehicle's mounting points.
