The Stillen Intercooler Reservoir Relocation Kit addresses a critical cooling limitation in the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra and Sequoia with the 3.4L twin-turbo V6 engine, including those equipped with the i-FORCE MAX hybrid system. From the factory, the intercooler and radiator reservoirs share a common wall, which leads to radiant heat transfer and detrimental heat soak. This kit separates the two systems, creating a dedicated thermal management path that ensures lower intake air temperatures and faster recovery times. Designed for a clean, professional integration, the kit installs in 30-60 minutes near the passenger side fender well. It is compatible with both the factory OEM intake and the TruPower by Stillen intake system. Please note that compatibility with other aftermarket intake systems is not guaranteed, as their unique footprints may interfere with the relocation hardware. Proper operation requires the use of Toyota factory coolant to maintain system integrity. The kit has been validated through real-world testing with data logging, demonstrating significantly improved cooldown performance and more consistent power delivery under heavy load or towing conditions.
