Description

The Spectra Premium 4401-1801 is a tube and fin intercooler engineered to efficiently cool compressed air from the turbocharger before it enters the engine. This direct replacement part is constructed with an aluminum core for durability and optimal heat dissipation, and features plastic tanks for the inlet and outlet. Its silver finish provides a clean look. Key specifications include a core height of 7.875 inches, a core length of 14.625 inches, and a core thickness of 2.5 inches. The inlet outside diameter is 67 mm and the outlet outside diameter is 48 mm, with one inlet and one outlet quantity. Mounting hardware is not included with this unit. This intercooler is specifically designed for the Acura RDX models from 2007 to 2012, including both the Base L4 2.3L and SH-AWD L4 2.3L submodels. It is built with high density multi-louvered fins to maximize cooling efficiency and is leak tested to ensure a damage-free unit upon installation.
