This intercooler replaces the smaller OEM unit with a larger, freer-flowing design featuring a taller core with increased depth and a larger frontal area for improved airflow and capacity. It includes high-flow, molded one-piece cast end tanks for efficient flow.

The AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade is designed to bolt on and increase BHP for the Mini JCW F56 model, making it ideal for track or fast road use. By replacing the stock, restrictive intercooler with this larger, freer-flowing unit, it effectively lowers charge air temperatures, leading to increased power output and ensuring no noticeable performance loss during extended periods of hard driving. Featuring a stepped intercooler design for maximum flow, this upgrade boasts a taller core with increased depth, offering a substantial increase in overall capacity over the original intercooler. Its increased frontal area maximizes the use of available airflow, while the high-flow, molded one-piece cast end tanks direct airflow correctly and efficiently, providing superior efficiency and volume. The intercooler has a capacity of 22.1 litres and a front area of 1,870cm². It is backed by a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty. Optional logos are available at no extra charge.
