Intercooler Upgrade Kit

This unit works alongside your vehicle's existing OEM intercoolers and effectively doubles the OEM coolant capacity for improved thermal management. It is available in two distinct sizes to suit different performance needs. The Standard Size measures 26 x 7 x 2 inches and is capable of supporting up to 900 Wheel Horsepower (WHP), with a fluid capacity of approximately 42 ounces when including the lines. For those seeking maximum performance, the Full Race Version measures 26 x 7 x 3.5 inches, supports up to 1200 WHP, and holds approximately 60 ounces of fluid. Both versions require the addition of coolant, which is not included with the kit. Installation of either heat exchanger will necessitate modifications, including the trimming of plastic inside the front fascia and the removal of the foam bumper insert. Both units also require trimming of the OEM driver side intercooler air dam, located behind the bumper cover. The Full Race version has additional requirements, specifically trimming of the front fascia behind the bumper cover. Furthermore, to achieve optimal performance gains, a custom tune is recommended after installation. An optional Nitrous spray bar is also available, though it does not include lines and requires connection to your existing purge lines. Please note that these heat exchangers are custom-built to order and are considered special order parts, with potential shipping delays due to high demand. This product is intended for off-road use only.
