The Focal ISU165 is a 2-way component speaker system designed to upgrade your car's audio with authentic music reproduction. This system aims to enhance sound quality by employing technologies similar to Focal's studio and home audio equipment. The ISU165 features a 6-1/2" polyglass woofer constructed with a butyl rubber surround for durability and clear mid-bass response. Complementing the woofer is an aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter, designed with an acoustic horn for optimal soundstage dispersion, delivering high-finesse treble. The integrated crossovers and included tweeter installation accessories simplify setup. Designed with installation constraints of original car systems in mind, the ISU165 boasts a slim profile and compact mounting depth (49 mm / 1.9"), making it an all-purpose solution for replacing factory speakers with ease. The removable tweeter offers versatile installation options, including flush-mounting or using inclined/flat supports, allowing for various mounting possibilities without sacrificing sound quality. This speaker system handles up to 70 watts RMS power (140 watts peak) and operates at a 4-ohm impedance, with a sensitivity of 93 dB for efficient output even with factory head units.
