The RetroSound SUB8100 is a compact and powerful 8-inch amplified subwoofer system engineered to add depth to your vehicle's audio. It integrates a 100-watt Class D digital amplifier with an ultra-thin 8-inch subwoofer, all housed within a durable cast aluminum enclosure. Measuring only 2.75 inches in height, this system is an ideal solution for classic trucks and cars where space is at a premium, allowing for the addition of a subwoofer and amplifier without significant intrusion. This amplified subwoofer system offers a continuously variable low-pass crossover and a phase switch, enabling precise tuning of bass response to complement your existing audio setup. For convenient on-the-fly adjustments, it includes a remote gain control. Connectivity is versatile, with options for direct connection to RetroSound radios via RCA inputs or compatibility with any aftermarket radio through high-level inputs and a wiring harness. The system operates on 10.5-16 volts DC and is protected by advanced circuitry and thermal protection.
