Overview

The Sawicki Speed Shop Intimidator 2-Into-1 is a full-length exhaust system designed for Harley Touring models. It replaces the stock exhaust with a lighter 304 Stainless Steel system that weighs 17lbs, compared to the stock 40lbs. The system features 1-3/4" primaries that step to 2" and a hand-formed merge collector for improved torque and flow.

This exhaust system is made in the USA and features all TIG welds performed by hand. It includes 18mm O2 sensor bungs, which can accept 12mm sensors with reducers, and is designed to provide maximum ground clearance. Sawicki recommends using flat mesh race-style exhaust gaskets.

The Sawicki Speed Shop Intimidator 2-Into-1 full-length exhaust system is engineered to transform Harley Touring motorcycles from a 'barge' into a performance machine. This system sheds a significant 23 lbs, reducing the overall weight from a stock 40 lbs to a lean 17 lbs, thanks to its construction from 304 Stainless Steel. Designed for optimal performance, the exhaust features classic stepped headers with 1-3/4" primaries that transition to 2" to maximize power output. It utilizes a hand-formed merge collector for precise flow dynamics and mandrel-bent tubing, ensuring consistent performance. This system is proudly made in the USA, with all TIG welds meticulously performed by hand in Charlotte, NC. Engineered for the discerning rider, the Intimidator 2-Into-1 offers a deadly sound and maximizes ground clearance, allowing for aggressive cornering even with loaded saddlebags. It accepts both forward and mid-mount controls, offering flexibility in rider ergonomics. The system is equipped with 18mm O2 sensor bungs, compatible with aftermarket tuners, and can accommodate 12mm sensors using reducers. Sawicki recommends using flat mesh race-style exhaust gaskets for installation. This product is specifically designed for Harley Touring models from 1999 to 2016.
