The Duramax PowerMax Upgrade Turbo Stage I (773540-1) is a high-performance turbocharger designed to deliver superior power and efficiency for 2004.5-2010 Duramax engines. Featuring Garrett's patented Advanced Variable Turbine Technology (AVNT™), this turbo offers increased compressor and turbine flow, significantly improving engine performance from idle to peak torque. It includes nine movable vanes for optimized turbine efficiency, enhancing power delivery across the entire RPM range for seamless throttle response and faster spooling. The patented integral electro-hydraulic actuation with a proportional solenoid provides infinitely variable control for enhanced turbo performance. This turbo is capable of achieving up to an estimated 590 horsepower, making it ideal for performance builds, towing, heavy-duty applications, and daily driving without sacrificing drivability. It is outline interchangeable for hassle-free installation and comes with a 65mm compressor wheel and a 67mm turbine wheel for optimum airflow and power.
