The VIS Racing Invader 2 Style hood is engineered to enhance the aesthetic of your vehicle with a commanding, race-inspired presence. Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this hood is manufactured using a vacuum-infused single mold process for optimal strength and a premium finish. It is custom-made for specific vehicle applications, ensuring a tailored fit and seamless integration with your car's existing lines. The construction utilizes a two-part design: a top layer of carbon fiber bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with a UV-protective polyurethane coating for a high gloss. The underside features a one-piece shell for enhanced structural integrity. The edges are hand-smoothed to guarantee a quality finish all around. VIS Racing is transitioning to the VIP process for their carbon parts, aiming to deliver these advanced products without a significant cost increase. Professional installation is recommended for this hood. Additionally, the manufacturer recommends the use of hood pins for secure mounting; these are sold separately. Please note that due to the size of this item, it will be shipped via LTL Freight Service, and customers are advised to inspect the package for any damage before signing for it.
