The VIS Racing Invader 3 Style carbon fiber hood is a body panel designed for the 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z 2-door models. It is constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material using a two-part design with a UV-protective polyurethane coating.

This hood features a smooth underside shell for enhanced structural integrity and hand-smoothed edges for a quality finish. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for lighter and more durable parts.

The VIS Racing Invader 3 Style carbon fiber hood is specifically designed to enhance the exterior of your 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z 2-door. Crafted from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood combines aggressive styling with lightweight durability. VIS Racing employs a meticulous two-part construction process. The top layer of carbon fiber is bonded with a high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating to ensure a lasting high-gloss appearance. The underside features a one-piece, smooth shell that is fused to the top layer, significantly improving the product's structural integrity. Furthermore, the edges are carefully hand-smoothed to provide a refined finish all around. In an effort to continually improve their products, VIS Racing introduced the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) in 2014. This advanced manufacturing technique uses a single-mold vacuum to produce parts that are 10-20% lighter than previous methods while simultaneously increasing durability. VIS Racing is transitioning its entire carbon fiber line to the VIP process to offer these benefits to customers without a substantial cost increase. All VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks come with a VIS badge of authenticity. Due to the intended use, hood pins are required for installation. Please note that these products are intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws specify otherwise.
