The Yellow Speed Racing Inverted Premium Comp coilovers are engineered to enhance the performance and handling of your 1989-1994 Toyota Celica (ST182/ST184). These coilovers utilize a 55mm inverted monotube design for both front and rear shock bodies. This inverted setup increases suspension strength, improves handling predictability, and reduces unsprung weight for quicker response. The larger shock body also provides increased fluid capacity, aiding heat dissipation and preventing premature seal failure. Key features include 33 levels of simultaneous rebound and compression damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning to your driving preferences. The spring rates are set at 14k for the front and 12k for the rear. You can choose between hardened rubber front upper mounts for reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), or opt for performance-oriented pillowball upper mounts with camber plates. Rear upper mounts are typically pillowball. These coilovers are ideal for frequent track use, offering superior handling performance. Yellow Speed Racing emphasizes rigorous testing and component quality to ensure product durability and stability. Please note that while pillowball mounts enhance performance, they may increase suspension noise, and returns are not accepted due to noise when pillowball mounts are selected. All coilovers are hand-built and made to order, with an average ship time of 2-3 weeks.
