The Kuat Piston ION e-bike rack is purpose-built for heavy e-bikes but versatile enough for almost any ride, carrying up to two bikes securely with zero frame contact. It's RV and off-road rated, ideal for cargo e-bikes, e-MTB riders, and road trips. Constructed from mostly aluminum, it features a Foot Pedal Lock and PedalPivot™ system for easy folding, and FastFit™ tool-free wheel chocks for quick adjustment. For RV use, each tray supports 80 lbs per bike; off-road use allows 50 lbs per bike. It has a 2” hitch-only design, adjustable wheel stabilizers, and fender compatibility. Premium details include a semi-integrated 12mm cable lock, stainless steel barrel hitch lock, and an aluminum ramp. Optional accessories include the ION Light Kit and License Plate Mount.
