The RD2FS IPR securing spacer nut upgrade is an American-made component designed to resolve issues with the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) on 7.3L Powerstroke, T444E, DT466/E, 530/HT530/I530E engines. This patented part addresses stalling, no-start conditions, and surging ICP pressure by preventing the Tinnerman nut and spacer from vibrating loose. It offers significantly more thread engagement and surface area, a doubled torque specification without stripping, and allows for the addition of Loctite.

The RD2FS IPR securing spacer nut upgrade is an American-made, patented solution designed to eliminate common issues with the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) on 7.3L Powerstroke, T444E, DT466/E, 530/HT530/I530E engines. Featuring 6x the thread engagement and increased surface area against the IPR coil, the RD2FS spacer nut significantly enhances stability. It allows for double the torque specification of the original Tinnerman nut without the risk of stripping threads. Furthermore, this upgrade enables the application of Loctite for even greater security. The product requires careful torqueing to 7-8.8 ft-lbs; exceeding this limit can crush the coil against the IPR's 1-1/8 nut section.
