IQ500.4 4-Channel Amplifier

The Kicker IQ500.4 Q-Class Amplifier combines advanced audiophile-quality processors with robust power outputs, all housed within a compact chassis designed for precision and detail. This four-channel amplifier delivers a powerful 65 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms, and can be bridged to output 250 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms. Its frequency response ranges from 20Hz to 20kHz, with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 95dB. Included with every IQ amplifier is the TWEEQ tuning software, a free application compatible with PC, iOS, and Android devices. This powerful system allows users to fine-tune their audio experience without needing a separate processor. TWEEQ guides users through setup and provides comprehensive tools for sonic customization. Each channel benefits from a graphic EQ with 31 bands and +/- 12dB adjustment, a selectable 24dB crossover, and time alignment. Advanced settings offer control over time delay, phase, a full limiter/compressor, and an input mixer for precise soundstage sculpting. For wireless control of up to four IQ amplifiers, the optional IQI Intelligent Interface can be added for Bluetooth connectivity. The IQ500.4 offers extensive control over its audio processing. Its selectable active crossover for channels 1 and 2 allows for variable high-pass and low-pass filtering from 10Hz to 20,000Hz, with adjustable Butterworth slopes (OFF, 6, 12, 18, or 24dB/octave) and Linkwitz-Riley slopes (OFF, 6, or 12dB/Octave). The KickEQ™ system provides variable bass boost, and the KickEQ+™ offers parametric bass boost with adjustable boost level, center frequency, and bandwidth via remote control. Time delay can be adjusted from 0-20ms in increments of .02ms, .1ms, or 1.0ms. Additionally, a compressor with adjustable attack/release times, ratio (1:1 - 10:1), and threshold (-80 - 10dB) is available, along with an input mixer to map signal inputs to speaker outputs.
