The plug also incorporates a U-groove ground electrode with a taper cut shape to increase ignitability and decrease quenching, contributing to a more complete combustion. Constructed with machine-rolled threads, this spark plug prevents seizing or cross-threading during installation and removal, ensuring a reliable fit. The purified alumina powder insulator offers exceptional strength and thermal conductivity, while a five-rib insulator design prevents flashover.
