The HKS M-Series Super Fire Racing spark plugs, specifically the M45iL model, are high-performance Iridium plugs engineered to support advanced tuning levels in 3.3T platforms like the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70. Featuring a 0.6mm Iridium Alloy Center Electrode, these spark plugs reduce voltage requirements while simultaneously improving ignition performance and longevity. The outer electrode incorporates a square platinum chip for added durability, which, when paired with the iridium center electrode, boosts overall ignition effectiveness. An anti-vibration design in the short-type outer electrode decreases weight and increases resistance to vibration, thereby improving the electrode's lifespan. To combat carbon buildup, which can lead to misfires after prolonged idling or varying combustion conditions, the spark plugs utilize a Thermal Edge on the ceramic insulator and a Spark Support Gap to help discharge carbon deposits.
