The Yukon Gear & Axle RAA440-240 is a remanufactured 215mm Independent Rear Suspension Axle Assembly, built to high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected to OEM standards. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
