Overview

The Genuine VAG IS38 Turbo Actuator is a direct replacement servomotor for specific IS38 turbochargers. It is an OEM fitment part designed for factory models that came equipped with the IS38 turbo from the factory, provided they do not have a GPF filter. This actuator is also compatible with vehicles fitted with LITTCO's MQB turbochargers.

This electronic wastegate component is crucial for controlling turbo boost. It replaces a malfunctioning wastegate on IS38 model turbos. An associated hardware install kit is available separately.

The Genuine VAG IS38 Turbo Actuator / Servomotor (part number 06K145725T) is an OEM replacement component designed to restore precise boost control for your turbocharger. This electronic wastegate actuator serves as a direct replacement for faulty units on specific IS38 turbocharger models. It is engineered for factory-fitment on vehicles equipped with the IS38 turbo from the manufacturer, such as the MK7 Golf R, Audi 8V S3, and MK3 Leon Cupra. Crucially, this part is intended for models *without* a GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter). This actuator is explicitly not suitable for any factory IS38 models that are equipped with a GPF filter. Additionally, it is compatible with vehicles that have LITTCO's range of MQB turbochargers, including models like the L380. A separate "Wastgate Hardware Install Kit" is available to facilitate installation.
