ITB Twin Body Kit

The Jenvey Honda B16 & B18 C5 ITB Twin Body kit (CKHA03) is a high-performance induction system designed to optimize the B16 and B18 C5 engines. This comprehensive kit features an inlet manifold, two TB45 throttle bodies, a precision-machined aluminum fuel rail, and 90mm velocity stacks (airhorns). The design enhances engine performance by strategically placing EFI fuel injectors upstream, promoting better fuel atomization and increased torque and power, particularly in the mid-range. Jenvey Dynamics manufactures these components in-house, ensuring quality control from casting to machining. The throttle body spindles are profiled to minimize airflow restriction at full throttle, and the 8-degree shut angle provides finer control at lower throttle openings. The kit is delivered built and balanced, ready for installation. This Jenvey ITB kit requires an aftermarket ECU for proper operation. Throttle actuation can be achieved via a cable linkage kit or an electronic throttle actuator. Additional components such as injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and an idle air system may be recommended or required depending on the specific application. Options include a carbon fiber backplate for panel filters and various throttle position sensors and looms.
