The Turbosmart IWG75 is an internal wastegate actuator designed for maximum boost response. It features a proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm and high-grade billet aluminum construction with stainless steel rods and clevis. The actuator utilizes Turbosmart's unique locking collar system.

The Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory-frame turbocharger. This upgraded actuator offers an increased 'working ratio' over stock, leading to improved boost response and torque throughout the RPM range. This is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised springs, providing greater leverage against boost and backpressure while remaining highly responsive. Expect a broader boost and torque curve, with peak boost occurring earlier and holding longer into higher RPMs. These benefits can be amplified with higher base pressures, though tuning and recalibration may be required. The actuator is constructed from high-grade billet aluminum with stainless steel rods and clevis, and features a proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm and Turbosmart's unique locking collar system. Optional springs are available from 3psi to 26psi. This is a direct bolt-on fitment for the K03 turbocharger found on the 1.6L (Z16LE) Turbo motor in the Opel Astra, Corsa, and Insignia. The package includes the IWG75 Wastegate Actuator, a vehicle-specific actuator bracket, pre-fitted springs, and required fasteners and swivel hose barb.
