The MODE Auto Concepts IWG75 Wastegate Actuator is a performance upgrade designed to maximize boost response for factory-frame turbochargers. It offers improved boost response throughout the RPM range due to an increased working ratio and revised springs.

Constructed from high-grade billet aluminum with stainless steel rods and clevis, it features a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm and a unique locking collar system. This actuator is suitable for 2016-2021 Polaris RZR Turbo and Turbo S vehicles.

The MODE Auto Concepts IWG75 Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver enhanced boost response for your factory-frame turbocharger. By increasing the effective diaphragm surface area and revising the internal springs, this actuator provides a greater leverage of forces, resulting in improved boost and torque curves. You can expect peak boost to be achieved earlier and held longer into higher RPM ranges. Constructed with premium materials, the IWG75 features a high-grade billet aluminum body, stainless steel rods and clevis, and a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm for durability and responsiveness. It also incorporates Turbosmart's unique locking collar system for secure assembly. This wastegate actuator is designed as a direct replacement for the factory internal wastegate actuator. It is suitable for 2016-2021 Polaris RZR Turbo and Turbo S models. While upgrading with the same base pressure as factory offers immediate benefits, amplifying improvements with higher base pressures may require tuning and recalibration.
