Description

These JET Drill Presses use a variable-speed motor with a stepped-pulley system and continuously variable transmission, allowing for a wide range of speeds and on-the-fly speed changes. A scale-marked hand wheel with reduction gearing provides precise control by adjusting the gearing ratio between the motor's fixed pulley and the output shaft's variable pulley. A tensioner pulley manages belt slack during speed changes.
