The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is a passenger-side air-oil separator designed to protect your truck from damage caused by oil blow-by. It prevents issues such as power loss, reduced gas mileage, and build-up that can lead to expensive repairs. The separator features a solid billet aluminum construction with OEM-style quick-connect PCV fittings and a limited lifetime warranty.

The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is engineered to protect your truck's engine by preventing oil blow-by from entering the intake system. This oil vapor accumulation can lead to power loss, decreased fuel efficiency, and detrimental build-up in the intake manifold. The separator effectively traps these oil vapors before they reach the intake track. Constructed from solid billet aluminum, this unit offers robust durability. It features OEM-style quick-connect PCV fittings for a straightforward installation. The separator has a 3 oz capacity and includes a fine mesh stainless steel screen and a 1/2" thick, 1/16" pore size aluminum honeycomb filter designed to capture oil vapors, allowing them to condense and fall into the bottom of the tank. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal and draining, with an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. Installation is described as easy Plug & Play, and the product comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It is designed to fit a wide range of Ford F-150 models from 2011-2025 with 5.0L or EcoBoost engines, as well as 2018-2021 Expedition models with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. However, this product is NOT CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt and is not for legal sale or use in California or any other states adopting CA emission standards that require a CA Executive Order (EO) number. Orders with a California ship-to address will be cancelled. Additionally, 2021-2025 Ford F-150 3.5L PowerBoost owners require a different oil separator.
