The G Force BP100 is an A/C delete cover plate, exclusive to G Force Performance Products, designed specifically for 1978-1988 GM G-Body models. This includes popular vehicles such as the Malibu, Monte Carlo, El Camino, Cutlass, Grand Prix, Regal, Century, LeMans, and Caballero. This cover plate serves a dual purpose: it replaces the factory A/C housing and provides increased exhaust header clearance. Additionally, it offers an ideal mounting location for ignition boxes or other electrical components, contributing to a cleaner engine bay layout. The BP100 is designed to work in conjunction with the G Force GF-DT100 Drip Tray for a complete firewall smoothing solution. Constructed from 16-gauge steel with a durable black powder coat finish, the BP100 ensures longevity and a clean aesthetic. Please note that mounting hardware is not included and must be sourced separately. Installation is described as easy, and the product has received positive feedback for its proper hole alignment and finish quality.
