The Burger Motorsports BMS Standalone Universal Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) Kit with AEM Controller allows users to achieve substantial power increases on pump gasoline. By injecting water and methanol, the system effectively raises the fuel's octane rating, similar to using 100 octane race gas or E85, while simultaneously providing cooling effects that enable even higher power output than race fuel or E85 alone. At the core of this kit is the AEM Methanol Injection Controller, featuring large, easily adjustable knobs and clear numbering for setting activation points. It includes a splash-resistant housing with status LED and test buttons. The kit incorporates simplified wiring with a positive-lock connector and color-coded wires for straightforward installation. It also includes an integrated Pump Ground circuit to prevent accidental pump activation from system shorts. Optional features available include different injection nozzle sizes (BM7, BM10, BM12, or dual options) for tailored flow rates based on engine configuration and power goals, as well as various tank sizes (1.25 to 3.5 gallons) and line types, including a steel braided hardline upgrade for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The base kit includes a 220psi Aquatec WMI pump, a methanol-compatible solenoid with a filter, compression fittings, and all necessary wiring and mounting hardware. Specific tank options are available for various BMW chassis, including: the 3-gallon Stealth Tank for F3X and F8X vehicles (2012-2020 3 Series, 4 Series, F80 M3, F82 M4 - does not fit convertible), the 2-gallon Stealth Tank for F10 5 Series BMW (2011-2016 all models including M5), and the 3.5-gallon Stealth Tank for G20, G22, G80 M3, and G82 M4 BMW vehicles (2020+ 3 Series M340i, 2021+ 4 Series M440i, G80 M3, G82 M4 - requires modification for M4). An optional upgraded billet cap with a safety check valve is also available.
