JB4 Group 2 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports Group 20 JB4 is a plug-and-play performance tuner specifically engineered for VW and Audi EA888 Gen5 2.0T engines. It seamlessly integrates into your vehicle's existing sensor network and ECU to optimize boost, timing, and fueling, resulting in enhanced performance and a noticeable reduction in turbo lag. This advanced tuner goes beyond basic chips, offering a fully programmable CANbus system, upgradable firmware, and robust data logging capabilities. With its CANbus integration, the JB4 actively monitors and reacts to real-time vehicle data, including pedal input, throttle position, gear selection, engine speed, air/fuel ratio, and knock sensor readings. This allows for highly sophisticated performance mapping tailored to your specific driving conditions. Furthermore, the JB4 incorporates crucial safety features. It intelligently manages boost pressure, keeping it low until the engine oil and coolant reach optimal operating temperatures to ensure proper lubrication. In the event of adverse conditions such as overheating, lean conditions, excessive knocking, or over-boosting, the JB4 will automatically reduce boost pressure to safeguard the engine and turbocharger. The JB4 offers significant power gains, with claims of up to 40whp and 55wtq to the wheels on a stock vehicle, and also improves 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. It comes preloaded with custom tuning software for the EA888 Gen5 engine, offering up to eight maps for various fuel types (including E85 up to E30) and modification levels. Users can select maps on the fly using a BMS diagnostics cable or JB4 mobile smartphone adapter. The tuner can also read and delete fault codes, and the JB4PRO smartphone connection allows for wireless control, data logging, and firmware updates via Bluetooth. It is compatible with all driving modes and does not affect fuel economy during normal driving.
