JB4 Group 3 Performance Tuning Module

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Group 3 is a user-adjustable, plug-and-play tuning solution for MQB-based VW and Audi models equipped with the EA888 1.8T engine. This module significantly enhances vehicle performance, with power gains starting at 35bhp and 40ft-lb on 91 octane. With bolt-on modifications and higher octane fuel, gains can reach up to 90bhp and 70ft-lb. The JB4 integrates advanced features such as CANbus connectivity for sophisticated tuning, direct AFR control, and robust safety systems to monitor boost, air/fuel ratio, fuel trims, and engine knock. It also includes boost mapping by gear for improved traction and integrated water/meth control. Installation is designed to be quick and reversible, taking approximately 25 minutes. The JB4 is compatible with the free JB4PRO Bluetooth app, which allows for wireless connection to iOS or Android devices. This app provides real-time engine parameter display, map switching, data logging, and firmware updates. The JB4 itself offers multiple tuning maps for various fuel types, supports E85 ethanol blends, and can read and delete fault codes. It runs as smoothly as stock and is compatible with all driving modes, with no impact on fuel economy during normal driving. It requires 91 octane or better for performance gains and is not VIN-locked, allowing for easy removal and resale. This JB4 unit is designed for specific Volkswagen and Audi models. Vehicle fitment includes the 2014-2021 VW MK7 Golf 1.8T (US model), 2014-2021 VW MK7 Golf Alltrack, and 2014-2021 VW MK7 Golf Sportwagen. For Audi, it fits the 2014-2021 Audi A3 1.8T (US Model). The JB4 comes with a 5-year warranty and is designed and assembled in the USA.
