JB4 Integration Harness

The Burger Motorsports BMS-STINGER-WMI kit enables significant power gains on pump gas by utilizing water, methanol, or alcohol injection. This method provides cooling benefits and allows for more power than race gas or E85 alone, effectively making your fuel act like 100 octane. The integration with the JB4 tuning system is key to a safe and effective setup, enabling precise mapping based on boost, throttle position, engine speed, intake temperature, gear, and other CANbus data. A pump flow signal feeds back to the JB4 for smooth, progressive boost mapping, and performance is automatically reduced if the tank runs empty or flow drops, preventing detonation. The base kit includes the WMI pump, FSB controller for the JB4, solenoid, filter, 20 feet of WMI line, compression fittings, and wiring. Tanks are sold separately and recommended options include a 1-gallon universal tank, a 1.25-gallon heavy-duty universal tank, or a 2-gallon low-profile universal tank. You will also need to select an injection nozzle, with a single BM10 suggested for 3.3L engines and a BM7 for 1.6-2L engines. Optional items like a direct-fit nozzle mount adapter or a stealth bracket are also available. Installation notes specify that if using the optional KIA Stinger stealth bracket, the spare tire needs to be deflated or removed. The JB4 WMI kit allows for WMI activation/deactivation via the JB4 Mobile app, automatic disengagement during traction control or safety map situations, and WMI flow data display through your JB4 Mobile logging device.
