JB4 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 is a plug-and-play performance tuner designed for turbocharged vehicles, offering a significant increase in power and torque. It integrates with your vehicle's existing ECU and sensors to optimize boost, timing, and fueling, resulting in reduced turbo lag and improved throttle response. This tuner provides more advanced functionality and safety features than typical performance chips, including a programmable CANbus system for real-time data analysis of pedal input, throttle position, gear, engine speed, air/fuel ratio, and more. It also includes safety features such as maintaining low boost until the engine reaches optimal operating temperature and a low boost map in case of overheating or excessive knock. The JB4 is compatible with various fuel types, offering maps for 91 octane, 93 octane, and E85 ethanol mixtures, with fuel economy unchanged during normal driving. It supports up to 8 maps for different fuel and modification levels and can read and delete fault codes. The optional JB4PRO adapter further enhances the system with built-in Bluetooth for smartphone connectivity, allowing users to change maps, record and analyze data, and update firmware via a free app. The JB4PRO also includes features for ethanol sensor processing, water/meth injection control, and compatibility with 10-bar pressure sensors. Spark plugs with less than 25k miles are recommended for higher boost levels.
