JB4 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Tuner is a sophisticated plug-and-play performance tuning device designed for turbocharged Mazda vehicles. This unit directly interfaces with your car's sensors and ECU, allowing it to remap critical parameters such as boost pressure, ignition timing, and fuel delivery for enhanced performance and a noticeable reduction in turbo lag. At its core, the JB4 features a powerful 64mhz processor capable of sampling sensor data 800 times per second, ensuring precise and smooth power delivery. The JB4 integrates seamlessly via a CANbus connection, enabling it to access and utilize vital engine data in real-time, including pedal position, throttle input, timing advance, fuel trims, air/fuel ratio, and engine knock. This comprehensive data access allows for more advanced tuning algorithms and superior power increases with exceptional throttle response. Beyond raw power, the JB4 offers multiple performance maps tailored for various fuel types and driving conditions, improved partial throttle performance, and built-in engine safety systems like lean run and over boost protection. It also supports E85 ethanol blends, offers boost-by-gear control for better traction, and can read and clear fault codes.
