JB4 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 is a plug-and-play performance tuner engineered for turbocharged Kia, Hyundai, and Genesis vehicles equipped with 1.6L engines. This system connects to your car's sensors and ECU, manipulating boost, timing, and fueling to unlock enhanced performance and minimize turbo lag. Unlike simpler tuning solutions, the JB4 integrates a sophisticated CANbus system, allowing it to process numerous real-time engine parameters such as pedal input, throttle position, gear, engine speed, and air/fuel ratios for precise performance mapping. Safety is a paramount concern with the JB4. It includes unique features like maintaining low boost until the engine reaches optimal operating temperature for proper lubrication, and automatically reverting to a low boost map if the engine experiences overheating, lean conditions, excessive knocking, or over-boosting. This ensures both engine and turbo longevity. The JB4 tuner is housed in a durable billet aluminum enclosure and is backed by a 5-year warranty. It offers advanced capabilities including reading and deleting fault codes, displays and logs up to 40 engine parameters, and features boost-by-gear control for improved traction. It also manages exhaust flap operation on compatible vehicles and seamlessly integrates with the free JB4PRO smartphone app via Bluetooth for map changes, firmware updates, and advanced data analysis.
