JB4 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 for the 2024+ Chevrolet Trax (1.2L Turbo 3-cylinder engine, all trims) is a plug-and-play performance tuner that enhances your vehicle's power output. It seamlessly integrates with your factory ECU by connecting to sensors in the engine bay, allowing it to remap boost, timing, and fueling for improved performance and reduced turbo lag. Unlike flash tunes, the JB4 is fully reversible and undetectable by the vehicle's systems, preserving its original programming. This tuner offers significant power gains of up to 30hp and 45tq to the wheels on a stock Trax, improving 0-60 and quarter-mile times. It features full CANbus integration, allowing it to receive critical engine data like pedal position, throttle position, timing advance, fuel trims, air/fuel ratio, engine knock, and gear selection in real-time for precise tuning. The JB4 includes multiple maps for various fuel types, including 91 and 93 octane, E85 blends, and race gas, as well as a VALET mode. Additional features include boost-by-gear control for better traction, the ability to read and delete fault codes, and exhaust flap control for supported vehicles. The JB4 is compatible with the free JB4PRO smartphone app, which connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.0 to iOS and Android devices. This app allows you to record and analyze vehicle and tuning data, change performance maps, and update firmware with free new versions. The app provides an intuitive interface with advanced log analysis tools to help estimate performance and identify any tuning concerns. The unit is made in the USA and comes with a 5-year warranty. Fuel economy during normal driving remains unchanged, and it is compatible with all driving modes. Performance gains require 91 octane or better fuel.
