JB4 Performance Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 is a plug and play performance tuner specifically engineered for turbocharged N55 engines, offering a significant boost in power and torque. It works by installing between your car's sensors and the DME/ECU, manipulating performance parameters to deliver a faster driving experience. The JB4 distinguishes itself with advanced features such as CANbus integration, fuel and spark control, and Bluetooth connectivity to your smartphone via the free JB4PRO app. This tuner provides power gains of up to 60hp and 60tq to the wheels on a stock vehicle, with the potential for up to 100hp and 120tq on fully modified cars. It includes multiple tuning maps for various fuel types, supports E85 ethanol blends, and can read and delete fault codes. The JB4 also displays and logs up to 40 engine parameters, offers boost-by-gear control for improved traction, and controls exhaust flap operation on supported vehicles. Installation is plug-and-play with a quick harness connection, and the unit is housed in a durable billet aluminum enclosure. It is designed and assembled in the USA and comes with a 5-year warranty. Fitment is specific to certain BMW N55 E-Series models, including the 1 Series (2011-2013 E82/E88 135i LHD), 3 Series (2011 E90/E91 335i, 2011-2013 E92/E93 335i), and X Series (2013-2015 E84 X1 35i xDrive, 2011-2013 E70 X5 35i, 2011-2013 E71 X6 35i). It requires 91 octane or better fuel for performance gains. The JB4 is not VIN-locked and is fully removable, ensuring it doesn't impact fuel economy during normal driving and remains compatible with all driving modes.
