The Burger Motorsports JB4 is a plug-and-play performance tuner designed for BMW N54 engines, offering a significant increase in power and speed. This tuner installs between your car's sensors and its DME/ECU, manipulating performance through these connections. The JB4 tuner provides up to 100hp and 100tq gains to the wheels on a stock vehicle and can achieve over 350hp to the wheels on heavily modified cars with larger turbos. It features multiple unique performance maps that can be selected on the fly, including options for pump gas, race gas, E85 ethanol, and a fully adjustable, auto-tuning map that continuously adapts to your vehicle's condition. The system is not VIN-locked and is fully removable. Installation is described as quick and plug-and-play, compatible with all ECU versions and transmission types. The JB4 is designed to grow with your vehicle's modifications. It offers features such as fault code reading and deletion, real-time data logging for up to 40 engine parameters, boost by gear control for improved traction, and optional features like a programmable shift light, 2STEP rev limiter, and no-lift shifting for manual transmissions. This product is not CARB (California Air Resource Board) exempt and is not legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle.
