JB4 Plug and Play Engine Tuner

The Burger Motor Sports JB4 Group 2 is a plug-and-play performance tuner engineered for MQB-based VW and Audi models with the EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine. It installs by connecting between your vehicle's sensors and its DME/ECU, allowing for manipulation of performance data to achieve significant speed gains. Starting with a default setting of +4.50psi boost over stock, the JB4 provides immediate power increases. On 91 octane/95Ron fuel, expect gains of approximately 45bhp and 45 ft-lb of torque. With bolt-on modifications, higher octane fuel, and boost adjustment, potential gains can reach up to 90bhp and 70 ft-lb of torque. The JB4 is compatible with E85 ethanol blends and includes multiple tuning maps suitable for various fuel types and performance requirements. It also features CANbus connectivity for advanced tuning, direct AFR control, and integrated safety systems for boost, air/fuel ratio, fuel trims, and engine knock. Additional features include boost by gear control for improved traction and integrated water/meth control. The JB4 is designed for quick and easy plug-and-play installation. For enhanced functionality, it can be paired with the optional JB4PRO Bluetooth connection, allowing for wireless control via a smartphone app (iOS/Android). This app provides full in-car engine parameter display, map switching, firmware updates, and advanced log analysis tools. The JB4 unit itself is housed in a billet aluminum enclosure and comes with a 5-year warranty. It also offers the ability to read and delete fault codes and control exhaust flap operation on supported vehicles.
