JB4 Tuner

The Burger JB4 Tuner is a plug-and-play performance tuning device designed for the 2019 and newer Chevrolet Silverado equipped with the 2.7L Turbo engine. This unit discreetly attaches to two accessible sensors within the engine bay, working in conjunction with your factory ECU to optimize boost, timing, and fueling for enhanced performance and reduced turbo lag. Unlike flash tuning methods that can leave a permanent trace, the JB4 is fully reversible and the vehicle's computer remains unaware of the increased power output, preserving factory safety systems and normal driving fuel economy. Engineered with CANbus functionality, the JB4 integrates directly with the ECU to monitor critical engine data such as pedal position, throttle position, timing advance, fuel trims, air/fuel ratio, engine knock, and gear selection. This real-time data integration allows for highly refined tuning, delivering significant power increases with smooth, unparalleled power delivery. The JB4 tuner is compatible with both the original and newer high-torque versions of the 2.7L engine and supports various maps for different fuel types including 91 octane, 93 octane, E85 mixtures, and unleaded race gas.
