JB4 Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Tuner is the most advanced tuning system available for the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma Turbocharged engine. This system provides a significant increase in power, with gains of up to 60 wheel horsepower (75 crank horsepower) achievable on a stock vehicle using 91 octane fuel or higher. The JB4 features a quick, plug-and-play installation that can be easily removed without a trace, and it does not affect fuel economy during normal driving. This tuner is compatible with all factory driving modes and offers improved performance for towing. It comes preloaded with custom tuning software and offers up to 8 maps for various fuel types and modification levels, including support for E85 ethanol blends. The JB4 allows for reading and deleting fault codes, and provides boost-by-gear control for enhanced traction. Additionally, it offers real-time monitoring and logging of up to 20 engine parameters through the JB4 app, which requires a separate purchase. The unit is housed in a rugged billet aluminum enclosure and is made in the USA, backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The JB4 system operates by installing between the vehicle's sensors and the ECU, manipulating performance through these connections. Its advanced features include CANbus integration, fuel & spark control, and smartphone connectivity. BMS provides free mapping and firmware updates. The JB4 is not VIN-locked, allowing it to be resold or swapped between vehicles. The system requires 91 octane fuel or better for optimal performance gains and is compatible with both automatic and manual transmissions. The available maps range from factory tuning (Map 0) to progressively higher boost levels for different octane fuels and E85 mixtures (Maps 1-7), as well as a valet mode (Map 8).
