JB4 Tuner

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Tuner is a performance module designed for turbocharged Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles, specifically the M139/M139l 2.0L Turbo engines. This quick, plug-and-play installation connects to two accessible plugs, safely increasing turbocharger output by 3-6psi. It intelligently rescales timing and fueling to accommodate the boost increase, delivering significant power and torque gains. The JB4 offers a smoother and more powerful performance than basic chip tunes, utilizing CANbus integration for advanced control. This tuner is compatible with a range of 2023+ Mercedes-Benz AMG models, including the C43 Sedan, GLC 43 SUV/Coupe, SL 43 Roadster, GT 43 Coupe, C63 S E Performance Sedan, and GLC 63 S E Performance SUV/Coupe. It supports various fuel types, including pump gas, E85 ethanol blends, and 91 octane or better. The JB4 system is not VIN-locked, allowing for easy removal and transfer between vehicles or resale. Enhanced functionality is available through the free JB4PRO smartphone app, which connects wirelessly via Bluetooth. This app allows users to monitor and log up to 40 engine parameters, analyze vehicle data, switch between performance maps, and receive free firmware updates. The app's intuitive interface aids in performance estimation and tuning diagnostics. Additional features include the ability to read and delete fault codes, boost-by-gear control for improved traction, and exhaust flap operation control on supported models. The JB4 Tuner comes with a billet aluminum enclosure, is designed and assembled in the USA, and includes a 5-year warranty.
