JB4 Tuner

The Burger JB4 tuner represents the most advanced plug-and-play tuning system available for the turbocharged Toyota GR Supra Mk5, specifically designed for the B58 3.0L inline-6 and B48 2.0L 4-cylinder engines. Power increases of up to 80 horsepower at the wheels (100hp at the crank) are achievable on a stock vehicle running pump gas, with even greater gains possible when using bolt-on upgrades, higher octane fuel, or E85 mixtures. The JB4 features a straightforward plug-and-play installation harness that allows for quick setup and removal. Its advanced capabilities include on-the-fly map switching between stock and various performance maps, optional boost gauge displays, boost-by-gear control for enhanced traction, progressive water/methanol integration, built-in data logging, and the ability to read and clear fault codes. The system also offers support for electronic wastegate control and exhaust flapper control on compatible vehicles. Unlike traditional ECU flash tunes, the JB4 does not necessitate staged upgrades or supporting modifications to deliver immediate improvements. Users can experience stronger acceleration, faster turbo response, and smoother power delivery right after installation. The JB4 is compatible with all driving modes and does not impact fuel economy during normal driving conditions, though it requires 91 octane or better for optimal performance gains. The unit is not VIN locked and can be easily transferred or resold. Enhancing the user experience, the JB4 includes the JB4PRO adapter for wireless connectivity via Bluetooth 4.0 to iOS or Android devices. This allows for real-time vehicle and tuning data analysis, performance map adjustments, and firmware updates through the free JB4PRO app. For enthusiasts seeking deeper customization, a BMS DATA cable is available for laptop connectivity, data logging, and software updates. It's important to note that in-dash commands have not yet been developed for the Supra JB4. Additionally, the JB4_B58 is NOT CARB Approved for use with the 2020+ Toyota Supra and cannot be sold or shipped to California.
