JB4 Tuning Module

The Burger JB4 tuner is an advanced, plug-and-play performance tuning system designed for BMW vehicles equipped with B38, B46, and B48 turbocharged engines. This system installs between your car's sensors and its DME/ECU, allowing it to manipulate boost, timing, and fuel delivery to achieve significant performance gains, with reported increases of up to 100hp on stock vehicles. Unlike ECU flashes, the JB4 operates without altering the vehicle's computer, ensuring factory safety systems are maintained and allowing for easy removal without leaving a trace. Key features of the JB4 include its robust CANbus OBDII integration for real-time data logging and advanced tuning capabilities. It comes preloaded with custom BMW tuning software and offers up to 8 different maps tailored for various fuel grades and modification levels, including specific maps for Ethanol (E85) mixtures. The system also provides functionality to read and delete fault codes, view and record up to 40 different engine parameters in real-time via the JB4 app, and control boost by gear for improved traction. Additional features include exhaust flap control for most models and compatibility with JB4 Mobile for smartphone-based logging and adjustments. The JB4 system is designed for a quick and simple plug-and-play installation, making it easy for users to install and remove. It also comes with a free Bluetooth app for iOS and Android devices, enabling wireless connection for performance map changes, firmware updates, and in-depth analysis of vehicle and tuning data. The JB4 is built with a rugged billet aluminum enclosure for protection and is designed and assembled in the USA, backed by a 5-year warranty. The tuner is not VIN-locked, allowing it to be resold or swapped between compatible vehicles.
