JB4 Universal Water/Methanol Injection Kit

The Burger JB4 Universal Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) Kit enables significant power gains on pump gas by reducing intake temperatures, offering benefits similar to running 100 octane race gas or E85, but with the added advantage of increased cooling for even higher power output. This system is designed for seamless integration with the JB4 tuning system, allowing for dynamic, progressive flow mapping based on boost, throttle position, engine speed, intake temperature, advance, gear, and other CANbus data. A crucial safety feature is the pump flow signal feedback to the JB4, which enables comprehensive flow-based safety monitoring. If the tank runs empty or flow is interrupted, the JB4 will safely reduce performance to prevent engine knock. Flow can also be activated or disabled from the driver's seat and will automatically disengage during traction control or safety map situations. WMI flow data is viewable via JB4 Mobile logging. This kit includes a 220psi Aquatec WMI pump, a methanol-compatible solenoid with a filter, and compression fittings to minimize leak risks. It also comes with all necessary wiring and mounting hardware. Optional components available include various injection nozzles (BM7, BM10, BM12, and dual options), WMI tanks (1.25, 2, or 3-gallon capacities), and an optional billet tank cap with a check valve. The standard kit includes 20' of WMI line; an upgraded steel braided line option is also available. Specific vehicle fitment applies to certain tank options. The BMS 3-gallon stealth tank is designed for F3X or F8X BMW vehicles (2012-2020 3 Series, 4 Series, M3, M4), but does not fit convertible F82 M4 models. The BMS 2-gallon stealth tank is specifically for the F10 BMW 5 Series (2011-2016). Other tanks are universal trunk mount applications.
