JB4 Water Injection Kit

The Burger Kia Stinger Genesis Water Injection Kit JB4 is an advanced air and fuel cooling system that enables significant power gains by utilizing water/methanol injection (WMI). This method mimics the effect of running higher octane fuel like 100 race gas or E85, while also providing crucial cooling benefits that allow for even greater power potential than these fuels alone. The core of this kit's effectiveness lies in its seamless integration with the JB4 tuning system. This allows for highly precise and progressive boost mapping that adapts in real-time based on boost pressure, throttle position, engine speed, intake air temperature, ignition timing, gear selection, and other critical data points accessible through the JB4's CANbus system. Furthermore, a pump flow signal is fed back to the JB4, ensuring safe and smooth power delivery. Boost is kept low until WMI is flowing correctly, mitigating tip-in knock common in less integrated systems. It also features a unique direct-fit nozzle mount adapter for the platform, eliminating the need for drilling, tapping, or welding to the factory charge pipe. The base kit comes with 20' of WMI line. Users will need to select their desired nozzle size (BM10 recommended for 3.3L, BM7 for 1.6-2L) and tank option. Optional accessories like a quick-install nozzle adapter or a stealth bracket for the 1-gallon tank are also available. Note: If using the optional Stinger stealth bracket, the spare tire must be deflated or removed.
