JB4 Water/Methanol Injection Kit

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) Kit is engineered to help you achieve substantial power increases on pump gas for your Gen 2 B58 BMW. This system functions similarly to using 100 octane race gas or E85, but with the added advantage of charge air cooling, enabling power outputs that can surpass those achievable with race gas or E85 alone. Integration with the JB4 tuning system is a key feature, allowing for precise mapping that adjusts based on various engine parameters such as boost, throttle position, engine speed, intake temperature, and gear. A pump flow signal is fed back to the JB4 to ensure smooth, progressive boost mapping and to safely reduce performance if the tank runs empty or flow is interrupted, preventing detonation. Boost is managed to prevent tip-in knock common in non-integrated systems. The system can be controlled and monitored via the JB4 Mobile app and automatically disengages during traction control or safety map events. The kit includes a 3.5-gallon stealth tank, an FSB JB4 Water/Methanol Injection Controller, a custom-specified Aquatec pump, a BMS BM10 super atomizing nozzle (10 GPH / 750 ml/min), a high-speed solenoid with leak-free compression fittings, steel braided lines, an AN 90º pump fitting, an inline filter, and all necessary wiring, brackets, and hardware. Vehicle fitment includes the 2020-2023 G20 BMW M340i (including xDrive) and the 2021-Present G22 BMW M440i (including xDrive, which may require modification for tank fitment). An optional plug-and-play adapter for Gen 2 B58 BMW motors is available for quick installation of dual nozzle kits without replacing the factory charge pipe.
