JB4 Water Methanol Injection Kit

The Burger Motorsports JB4 Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) Kit enables substantial power increases on pump gas, offering cooling comparable to 100 octane race fuel or E85, with the potential for even higher output. This kit integrates seamlessly with the JB4 tuning system, allowing for sophisticated progressive boost mapping based on real-time data like boost, throttle position, engine speed, and intake temperatures. This advanced integration ensures safe operation by monitoring pump flow; if the WMI tank empties or flow is interrupted, the JB4 will automatically reduce performance to prevent detonation, avoiding the tip-in knock common with non-integrated WMI setups. The base kit includes the WMI pump, FSB controller for JB4, solenoid, filter, 20' of WMI line, compression fittings, and wiring. Tanks and nozzles are sold separately, with recommendations for specific nozzle sizes based on engine displacement (e.g., BM10 for 3.3L, BM7 for 1.6-2L). Optional accessories like a direct-fit nozzle mount adapter and stealth brackets are available for a cleaner installation. Note: If using the optional KIA Stinger stealth bracket, the spare tire will need to be deflated or removed.
